Tiger walks start early morning due to heat in summer and late afternoon, normally they take 45min and Tiger shows are at 14h00 which also take 45min as well. This really is an amazing and extra ordinary experience which is only available in limited locations in the world, certainly in Southern Africa. Bengal and Siberian Tigers are both available to walk, male or female. The walk is done within the open bush veld on a leash that each person gets to hold and commandeer. During the shows, 'the Tiger Man' demonstrates his unique and love affectionate relationship he has with the tigers and these amazing and in dangered cats agility.

With 16 species of plains game, which includes giraffe, warthog, kudu and eland, to mention a few, game drives are a must do when visiting us. Next to our owl avairies, two kookaburras are responsible for magnificent calls, reminding you of the special location you find yourself at. Romeo is tame to some extent, but the female, Duchess, is not to fond of humans. Another unique animal finding itself at Bushfellows is the Iguanas, originally from South America. Other animals like guinea pigs, rabbits, peacocks and the koi in our water feature are also fed regularly Feeding times start around 4pm, depending on the weather etc, and guests are welcome to join in this great learning experience.

A classic activity, especially for the young of age. We have incorporated our 9-hole putt-putt course in the African bush, with the ups and downs, obstacles and tricky parts one expects from putt-putt courses. The putt-putt course is at our Majoba bush centre.
Feel the sand between your toes, and although you are not close to the ocean, the location is just as magical. Enjoy a game of volleyball at our Majoba centre, a short walk from our tented camp, the Self-catering units and the bush chalets.
This is a great way for team building and a fun adventure. Guests are given a variety of smaller exercises to do, within the borders of competition, where they attempt their best. The teams are then given codes on paper, which classifies as a certain value and then they have to prepare a cocktail and drink a small ‘shot’ from it. This exercise gets amazing reviews!
There are many exciting things to do within the Bushfellows district, otherwise known as the 'Sunshine Valley'. Air flips can be arranged from the nearby airfield. Loskopdam, located about 60km from Bushfellows, is famous for its great fishing. From black bass to bream, and even the usual carp and catfish, anglers from far and wide come to try their luck. A boat trip on the dam, which is the 5th largest in South Africa, is a real adventure. Closer to Bushfellows is Cilabi Ostrich Ranch. There you can see hundreds of ostriches and the various products we get from them. Have a ride on one, and buy some tender ostrich steaks. You are welcome to speak to our dedicated staff who will assist you as far as possible with information on the above outside activities.
